Goes on light, sinks deep, and delivers supreme concentrated moisture. Abundant in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and natural enzymes that literally heal skin from the outside in. These enzymes absorb easily to get moisture, vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants into your skin quickly to stimulate tissue growth, enhance epithelialization, and minimize scar formation immediately.
Additionally, they form a natural lipid barrier to lock moisture in and protect against dryness and heat in any environment.

Nutrition
It starts with diet and eating both omega-3 foods as well as anti-inflammatory foods to reduce symptoms. Similarly, reduce, eliminate or use grass-fed only dairy products and eliminate or limit wheat and grain products. Reducing grains will instantly lessen your symptoms and enhance healing.

Lifestyle-wise, reduce the frequency of baths since it can cause the skin to be very dry and itchy. Sleep in long pants to help avoid nighttime scratching. Avoid harsh soaps and detergents or just make your own. And hey, get in the sun to detox your body. Direct sunlight on the skin can reduce eczema by increasing the production of vitamin D, which improves immunity.
