Use

Boil 2 cups of water. Pour into a large bowl. Add 2 tbs Facial Steam and mix. Let it steep for 1 minute.

2. Using a towel, cover your head and lean over the bowl. Wrap the towel around the bowl to create steam.

3. Breathe in deeply taking a break after 3 breaths. Repeat until the water gets cool. You can also add the leftover water to your bath or rinse your face with it after. Enjoy!
